will be charged to your credit card on the day the
bank actually charges your credit card. The buyer
will have to settle any outstanding amount with the
concerning bank according to the policies, terms and
conditions of the bank who has the said jurisdiction

each party consents to the service of process out

RETURN
AND EXCHANGE POLICY
FBS is committed to our customer's satisfaction with
a burning desire for excellence. We have set specific
guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange
process. It is most important that you inspect the
package at the time of delivery.

name so we may track the order back to our branch. |

is also our customer's responsibility to check that
all items are correct before signing the delivery
receipt. If the product is damaged in shipping, you
may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to
refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on
the delivery receipt. If only part of an item is damaged,
you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact
us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.
All products properly returned under this policy are
eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store
credit or credit to the original payment method. We
will credit you for the total purchase price, upon
receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking
fees. If you are returning a product that was originally
purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive
an in-store credit as your refund.
If you are returning a product that was given to you
as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as
your refund. Please contact us for further instructions
on how to process your return. If there was an error
on our part, please call us within 15 days and we
will send you the correct product, replacement product,
or replacement parts at no cost to you.
REFUND
POLICY
Refund
against non-delivery (cakes and flowers)
For delivery of cakes and flowers the delivery of
items will be attempted only once. Being perishable
in nature, neither Flowers by Sylvia nor our enabling
partner will be able to provide any refund against
such items. However if for some reason the deliveries
are missed or have not been attempted, the customers
can request for a refund against the non-executed
deliveries.
Refund
against cancelled orders
For all the approved cancellations, the order amount
will be refunded in full.
DELIVERY POLICY
Same
day delivery is available in most areas of Metro Manila
on orders placed by 12 noon (Manila Time) Monday through
Friday (earlier times may apply to some areas). Saturday
deliveries are available in some areas for orders
placed by 12 noon (Manila Time). There are no deliveries
on Sundays and legal holidays. Every effort will be
made to deliver your order on the date you specify
upon check-out.
Orders
received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone
may be delivered the next delivery day.
Hand
Delivered Floral Gifts
All
our products are professionally design and personally
deliver your gift to the recipient's door.
Delivery
Status
Please consider your order delivered on the day you
requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have
any difficulties with your order, we will contact
you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Incorrect
Address/Re-Delivery
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses
after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery
will be subject to a charge.
When
the Recipient Is Not Home
For residential deliveries, if the recipient or any
person related to the recipient is not available at
the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave
a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient
to call our store and arrange a convenient time for
re-delivery. If the recipient is at work all day,
we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace.
For
business deliveries, if the business is closed or
not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted
the next business day.
FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY
As a part of our service, all orders placed by a consumer
are subjected to an automated fraud screening routine.
This routine automatically examines each and every
order placed. Suspect orders are reviewed by a trained
member of our loss prevention team. These orders are
canceled if they are fraudulent. Orders that are not
obviously fraudulent but are suspect are put in an
"On Hold" status and are reviewed further.
